A Rambly Introduction About Love, Luck, and Lolipops:
I feel like I should do something with this blog, but I don't know what. There's a certain appeal with the organic clean slate that this blog promotes. I like the idea that I can write anything and not many will see it. On the other hand, I feel it lends itself to pointless writing about nothing. I can do ANYTHING!!!!1!!
The Velvet Revolution:
So anyway, I ran into this article today. Here's a website I found that I think should be read. It talks about the original event in history known as "The Velvet Revolution." It was a peaceful revolt that overthrew the corrupt communist government in Prague.
These days, however, a man named Brett Kimberlin has hijacked the moniker of "Velvet Revolution" for his own corrupt website. It deals mostly with making money for himself, as well as promoting crimes against justice and free speech. I encourage you to go to the website and read about it, and then link the website yourself.
This website calls for a peaceful revolution of its own. They want to take away popularity and readership from Kimberlin's website by making theirs more popular, thus promoting truth and taking down injustice.
Art and Such:
In other news, I did over 60 storyboard drawings today and I feel rather pleased that I did so. It was mostly focused on a Bee and a flower, but that's all I'll tell ya. We need to keep it a secret till production. After all those drawings, my pencil finally ran out of lead, on the very last one. Nice.
You know what, I've just had an idea! I think I'm going to turn this into a comic book of my life! Why not update each day with dramatic recreations of my own in graphite form? I think it's gold!
